1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed booking details and the required deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking confirmation. Confirmation is subject to availability.

2. Payments

Payments can be made using the payment methods we accept. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and any non-refundable costs already incurred, such as park permits, accommodation, flights, or third-party services.

4. Changes to Bookings

Guests may request changes to their itinerary before departure. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport, visa, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required for entry into Tanzania or other destinations included in their itinerary.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Your policy should include coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal belongings, evacuation, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health & Fitness

Guests should ensure they are medically fit for their chosen activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, or mobility limitations before travel.

8. Wildlife & Safety

Wildlife encounters are unpredictable. Guests must always follow the instructions of guides, park authorities, and accommodation staff to ensure their safety and the protection of wildlife.

9. Accommodation & Transportation

We reserve the right to substitute accommodations or transportation with comparable alternatives if circumstances beyond our control make the original arrangements unavailable.

10. Responsibility & Liability

We act as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport providers, national parks, and other service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

12. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed. Government taxes, park fees, or other mandatory charges may change and will be applied where required.

13. Website Information

We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, itineraries, prices, accommodations, and services may change without prior notice due to operational requirements.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for processing bookings, providing travel services, and communicating with you regarding your trip.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
